Ditch The Baggie
In the 1950’s and 60’s moms wrapped sandwiches is wax paper. Fast-forward a few decades and most parents don’t even buy wax paper anymore. Instead, they rely on the convenience of plastic bags. But that convenience comes with a price. Plastic bags are not biodegradable and sit in landfills for years.

Now, some environmentally conscious parents are turning to a reusable sandwich bag called Lunchskins. Developed by three busy moms in Maryland, Lunchskins can be used over and over again.

The bags come in two sizes and are made with a coated cotton fabric and moisture-proof lining. Lunchskins are also dishwasher and washing machine safe and best of all; they’re made in the USA in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
