Easy Travel With Kids
Hitting the road with the kids in tow can be challenging. But family travel doesn't have to be stressful or expensive. There are some new products, perks and ideas to help get you and your kids on your way.
Great New Product For Family Travel:

No more lugging around that portable crib-- It's a crib in a backpack!
The GoCrib by The Guava Family, is going to make many parents jump for joy-- really! The GoCrib is a standard-size portable crib that packs into an accompanying backpack. Its rigid-inflatable-airframe technology creates a light-weight, yet strong and safe environment for children. The total weight of the crib and backpack is 10.5 pounds. Its side door allows the crib to morph from a safe and secure place to a fun play area as your child grows.
The GoCrib is designed to set up quickly, and the pump inflates the crib in less than a minute. The GoCrib can be stuffed into its backpack like a sleeping bag. The self-inflating, insulating mattress sets itself up and protects children from the ground.
The crib is PVC and Phthalate free. The GoCrib sells for $249.99.

Don't Leave Home Without This Travel Advice:
Family travel expert, Emily Kaufman, The Travel Mom, offers the following advice to make every trip stress-free.
1. Be prepared! Arm yourself with information about the place you are planning to visit. Most cities have a local visitor's bureau, and their websites are loaded with information about the destination. Check out their sites to learn about family friendly activities, dining offers, special events and more.
2. Make a boredom bag for a car trip - Take a hanging travel cosmetic case and fill each pocket with age appropriate activities; things like books on tape, hand held electronic games and self contained craft kits. Hang it from the seat back in front of where your child is sitting.

3. Be loyal - Credit card companies, airlines, hotels, cruise lines and rental cars all reward their most devoted customers with special perks, from free upgrades to amenities in their hotel room.
4. Save Time - Make the internet your travel agent to save time and money - Purchase tickets to theme parks and other attractions online ahead of time, and print them before you leave. That way you don't waste valuable vacation time waiting in line to pay for admission.
